Sydney property development

A very large commercial site in Sydney was poorly structured with its current funding facility. The client came to us with a view of refinacning and accesing cashflow to allow for DA pre works along with marketing and architechtural expenses.
 
Not only did we refiance the debt (saving over 6% pa, $4.8million), we were able to provide the needed funds to allow for the works so that the client could move onto construction phase in 12 months.

Melbourne property development



foundation Capital was engaged to source finance on behalf of a well known developer that had been pushed into a corner by a major bank, not by anything he did but by the change of rules the bank has. This left him with a major deposit ($2,600,000) that was put in jeopardy. foundation Capital was able to secure the funding to cover the deposit and put together a longer term solution that while more expensive then a major bank, it allowed the developer access to funding with less hurdles and constraints the major bank required. Perth Childcare development

A long term client of ours continues to go from strength to strength in the development of Childcare facilities. This is an extremely niche area and one that the traditional lenders (banks) are very slow to provide funds for.

We have been able to assist them in securing the funds in both a timely manner as well a flexible drawdown schedule to allow for a scope of works that allows them to navigate through this pandemic we are experiencing and the hurdles that shutdowns place on construction projects
